ST ANDREWS ORANGE PEKOE LOOSE LEAF TEA
St Andrews Orange Pekoe is back on the PMD website. The estate is back to making leafy orthodox teas once again. St Andrews is located in the heart of the Dimbula region between the town of Hatton & Kotagala.

The tea grows at an elevation of 4000ft above sea level. The evenings and mornings see a thick white mist that sits on top of the tea bushes, this mist combined with the elevation, hand picking and expert tea making skills. Help produce easily one of the best teas to enjoy with cream teas.

BERUBEULA ORANGE PEKOE LOOSE LEAF TEA
Low grown orthodox Orange Pekoe. A wiry leafed full flavoured tea from Urubokka in Ruhuna.  

Berubeula is one of those estates. Found in the town Urubokka in the Matara district and the tea bushes planted here were established around 1938 which is a lot later than those found at higher altitudes.

The cup colour is dark orange and the flavour carries a sweet fruit flavour and spicy cinnamon note in the finish. This tea is best drunk plain without milk, it is the perfect pairing to Scones, clotted cream and jam.
