We are confident that our product range allows you to enjoy some of the world’s greatest teas. We hope that you will enjoy exploring the full range of our teas and the tastes they offer.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchase on the site then you can either:
- Get in contact with us to discuss returning your order.
- Complete the Return form and follow the instructions there
In most cases we will ask you to return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund of the item’s cost excluding postage costs.
We will process your refunded payment with 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.
To cancel your order send us an email to email@example.com with your order details and we’ll cancel it straight away.
Please note that, because we endeavour to provide a quick turnaround time, there is only a small window to cancel your order.
If not already dispatched orders that have been paid at checkout will be automatically refunded within 7 days.
For orders that have already been dispatched, you can of course take advantage of our returns policy.
PMD Tea advises all customers to keep proof of posting for returned orders.
