Lumbini Wiry Tips - Award Winner at 'The Leafies'

We are really proud to announce that Lumbini Estate Sinharaja Wiry Tips won a GOLD Medal recently at THE LEAFIES which is an International tea competition organised by the UK Tea Academy and Fortnum & Mason.

The expert judging panel consisting of UKTA tutors and the Fortnum & Mason buyers, judged that Lumbini Sinharaja Wiry Tips was of the highest possible standard.

In the  very competitive black tea category, our Lumbini Wiry Tips beat off fierce competition from India, Nepal and Sri Lanka including teas from Darjeeling, Assam, Ilam and every region of Sri Lanka.

It is a really amazing tea and well worth experiencing.
