Found in the land of the rare one-horned rhino north of the Bramaputura River, Halmari Estate is known only by a select group of connoisseurs and is one of the best tea producing estates in Assam, regularly winning awards and achieving the highest prices at tea auctions.

Ideal on its own or with a splash of milk, Halmari tea will make you rethink Assam tea

Most Assam teas are small leaf and are used for the mass produced tea bag market. This leaf is very different as the full leaf maintains every tip. There are many different tea cultivars (tea plants) some are used for producing high yield, some that are drought resident. Hallmari P126A, is a quality tea cultivar producing a lower yield but massively flavourful malty tea.
