White tea has often been described as being similar to an eclipse “rare and special”. Ceylon White Tea was first grown near Adams Peak and these teas are grown, harvested and rolled by hand with the leaves dried and withered in the sun.
Their delicate flavour has a light liquor embodying notes of pine & honey. Only a few hundred kilos are produced per annum, and tea connoisseurs the world over rush at the chance to secure supply. Enjoy.
