White tea has often been described as being similar to an eclipse “rare and special”. White Tea in Ceylon was first grown near Adams Peak. These teas our grown, harvested and rolled by hand with the leaves dried and withered in the sun. Its delicate flavour, has a light liquor embodying notes of pine & honey. Only a few hundred kilo’s are produced per annum and the connoisseurs the world over will rush at the chance as soon as some become available.
