The Inverness tea garden lies in Nuwara Eliya. Growing at a high elevation, the tea fields are often covered in a swirling mist that lifts as the sun rises. Inverness is one of a handful of estates in the region that produce large leaf teas. Coupled with the high elevation the brew is orange in colour and the perfect afternoon tea.
